All Open Meaning Cards products are digital downloads. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, we handle refunds as follows.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once the download has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.
When we will always help
- A file is missing, damaged or will not open — we send a working file or a full refund.
- You were charged twice for the same product — we refund the duplicate.
- The product is materially different from its description — we refund in full.
How to request help or a refund
Email hello@openmeaningcards.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email and the product name. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are issued through Payhip to your original payment method.
